На 28 юни 2023 г. в сградата на ИМИ-БАН (ул. „Акад. Г. Бончев“ 8) от 10 ч. до 17 ч. ще се проведе уъркшоп на тема „Високопроизводителни изчисления за математиката и нейните приложения“. Ще бъдат представени иновативни математически приложения на високопроизводителните пресмятания (ВПП), като се изследват усъвършенствани алгоритми, иновативни изчислителни техники и казуси от приложения в реалния свят. Организаторите предоставят платформа за учени и изследователи, които да си взаимодействат, да обменят идеи и да допринасят за растежа на ВПП общността в нашата страна. Семинарът е насочен към учени, изследователи, студенти и специалисти, които се интересуват от перспективите на ВПП в математиката и свързаните с нея области.

Workshop on HPC and Applications

On June 28, 2023, an workshop on “High-performance computing for mathematics and its applications” will be held in the IMI-BAS premisses (“Akad. G. Bonchev” St., Bl. 8) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Innovative mathematical applications of high-performance computing (HPC) will be presented, exploring advanced algorithms, innovative computational techniques, and case studies of real-world applications.
The organizers provide a platform for scientists and researchers to interact, exchange ideas and contribute to the growth of the WFP community in our country. The seminar is aimed at scientists, researchers, students and professionals interested in the perspectives of HPC in mathematics and related fields.
